Shipping from Production Sources
Please be advised that certain items within a single order may be dispatched separately, as they are shipped directly from their respective manufacturing locations. This practice is implemented to minimize our environmental footprint and support sustainable production. The total amount charged at checkout will remain unaffected by multiple shipments. However, please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country's regulations, and the recipient shall be solely responsible for any such charges incurred.
Telr (Credit/Debit Cards)
Payments are processed in AED. If you're shopping from abroad and see prices in USD, GBP, IDR or EUR, the amount will be converted to AED at checkout using current exchange rates, and your bank may apply additional currency conversion fees.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to customs regulations and import complexities - particularly concerning the shipment of fragrances - we are unable to ship to certain countries. Fragrances are often classified as hazardous materials because they contain alcohol, making them subject to strict air transport and customs restrictions in many regions. If your country does not appear in the list of available shipping destinations at checkout, we regret that we are currently unable to process direct shipments to that location.
